I have been seeing Dr. Westerbeck and Dr. Landry off and on for about 10 years. Chiropractic care has helped me with allergies and asthma. I used to get allergy shots every two weeks, now I don't go to the allergist and I take no medications. My asthma was being caused because my back was out, after Chiropractic adjustments , I have no signs of asthma.
I currently seek Chiropractic Adjustments because I suffer from heel spurs. If I would have known about Chiropractors before I had surgery for my heel spurs, I may not have needed these operations. I have purchased orthotics from West-Land Clinic and this has helped me so much for the complications from the surgeries.
Not only has West-Land Clinic helped me with these problems, they have also helped me in another way. I work at ArcMaster Enterprises Inc. and encounter many co-workers complaining about aches and pains, on a daily basis. So we have referred most of our employees to West-Land Clinic to seek help. After a few visits, our employees seem to complain less and are much happier, which make for a better working enviorment. There is only one complaint about West-Land Clinic. I can't understand why some employees on one visit receive a doctor excuse for time off, and I have been going for 10 years and never got time off work.
All in all West-Land Clinic is a great place to visit, and I have the utmost confidence in the staff.

I started my Chiropractic visits in early April with a gift certificate from a friend. My first visit included complete X-rays and a conversation with Dr. Landry. I was having really bad leg pain and shoulder pain. Dr. Landry told me that he could help me. After weekly adjustments and then exercise plus adjustments, I can honestley say that I feel so much better. West-Land Clinic is the best, they willl tell you right from the start if they can help you. The staff is very friendly, helpful and caring. I began Chiropractic Care in Sept. 05 with Dr. Westerbeck at West-Land Clinic of Chiropractic.
My initial visit was to get relief from hip pain that was causing limited mobility. I also had tightness in the neck and shoulder areas and tendonitis in the elbow.
After numerous visits, adjustments, ultrasound and exercise, I began to get relief in all areas of discomfort. Today with regular maintenance and exercise, I have greater mobility in my hip, no tightness in the neck or shoulders and the tendonitis is completely under control.
I highly recommend Chiropractic Care and extend my personal thanks and appreciation to Dr. Westerbeck and each staff member at the clinic.

In the past, I had two surgeries on my neck. A disc was fused and a plate securing the disc. My range of movement from side to side was limited. The strength in my neck muscles were very weak. To lift my head when I was looking down, I used my hands to pull my head up. I was told I had arthritits in my back. It is surrounding my spinal cord and could not be operated on. I was given pain pills for the severe pain. I lived for years with the pain. Now with therapy, using weights and aligning of my neck and back, I do not need the pain pills. I do not have the constant pain in my back. I have strength in my muscles and more movement in my neck. I am amazed with all the areas West-Land Clinic deals with. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and that you're problem is most important. Thank you so much to everyone.

After many months of experiencing headaches and some neck pain, I was encouraged to see Dr. Westerbeck. He was very thorough in his examination to find the source of my pain. When he did, we proceeded on a program to get rid of the headaches and neck pain. After only a few sessions, the majority of the headaches was gone, as well as the neck pain. I am very grateful to Dr. Westerbeck for his help. I highly recommend him to my relatives and friends. I also wanted to say that I am able to move my neck so much better than before.

With middle age upon us, I feel that the Doctors and staff of West-Land Clinic made this transitional stage of our life realistic. It's never to late to start a life style change which includes a healthy diet, moderate exercise, vitamins and some supplements.
Since being involved in an automobile accident they have helped us by using ice, stim and ultrasound, along with Chiropractic adjustments.

On June 06, 2006 I was involved in a devistating auto accident. At first I thought I had been lucky and had only bruising and bumps that were normal ( as could be expected). At the time of the accident the hospital diagnosed my condition as having obtained whiplash. I didn't have much trouble and felt I had been very lucky. Then, by the middle of July it hit me with a vengence with pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders, chest, back and head. I was a complete mess within a day. I decided at this point to give Chiropractic care a try upon advice from my brother who had wonderful results from Dr. Westerbeck. After calling West-Land Clinic of Chiropractic and starting my treatment with Dr. Westerbeck we were working toward around a 7 month recovery. Now I am 4 months later after receiving adjustments, therapy, and workouts from Dr. Westerbeck. I am pain free and able to resume a normal lifestyle. In the Spring of 2006 I began to experience severe pain in my right hip. I expected this to be a temporary inconvenience and the pain would go away on its own. Well, after several weeks my condition worsened and the pain was now running down my right leg.
My first attempt at treatment was with a medical doctor and after a week of medication there was no relief. By now I couldn't sleep more than two hours and was consuming too much Advil.
I had met Dr. Landry outside of his practice previously so when a friend suggested Chiropractic treatment, West-Land Clinic was my choice. I received my first treatment within hours of my phone call and to my delight the pain had decreased. After two weeks of daily treatment I no longer had any pain.

My name is Mike Zavage and I am a seminarian studying to be a Catholic priest in the Diocese of Pittsburgh. I have had back problems ever since I was a little kid. My back pains have only gotten worse over the years and I was concerned how this progressive problem would affect my future ministry. After a minor hip injury resulting from a football game in September of 2006, I was referred to West-Land Clinic of Chiropractic. Dr. Landry diagnosed my back problems and even established a specific physical therapy that would rehabilitate and strengthen my back.
I have seen multiple chiropractors in my lifetime but no one up until now has taken the time to do more for me than re-align my back. Dr. Landry and Dr. Westerbeck and their staff have treated me with the utmost care and kindness. I will keep coming back even after my treatments are finished because of the wonderful work that they do and the great friendships that we have made. As a busy mom of 2 children, my body has had its share of stress and strain. After not having a Spinal adjustment for several months, I knew it was time to see a Chiropractor. When I called West-Land for information to begin treatment, they answered all of my questions and made me feel that they truly cared about my health.
Once my treatment began, I knew that Dr. Westerbeck wanted to make me feel better as quickly as possible, but also for the long term. The stress and strain on my back began to go away, even though I was still busy with my family. I could stand up straighter, which helped other muscles in my body to feel better as well. Being able to sleep more comfortably was another way that I knew that I was feeling better inside. Even though I see my family physician for regular check-ups, I know that Dr. Westerbeck can adjust my spine and relieve pain and pressure without using medications, which is very important to me. When I started coming to West-Land Clinic I was on prescription pain killers and using a tens unit most of the time. Dr. Westerbeck got me off both.
Recently I damaged a nerve in my neck . Had I gone to a regular physician, I would probably still be getting tests done. However, with adjustments and ultrasound, I was healing in time to save my vacation.
I feel so much better because rather than mask the pain, Dr. Westerbeck gets to the bottom of the problem.
After a while I convinced my husband to also try chiropractic as he was having a lot of pain in his arm. With adjustments and ultrasound and a brace he noticed almost immediate improvement.

After being involved in a car accident, I experienced shoulder pain, migraine headaches and joint pain. I was diagnosed with severe whiplash, TMJ and fibromyalgia.
I went through months of physical therapy, a mylogram, nerve conductive tests, bio-feedback plus numerous anti-inflammatory medicines, muscle relaxers and antidepressants. The pain was awful and the headaches would last for weeks. I had trouble sleeping, eating, walking and even writing.
The traditional medical treatments weren't working, I was getting worse, and went in search of a Chiropractor, where I was introduced to stim and ultrasound treatments and massage therapy.
It just seemed to all work for me.
I now go for longer period of times without pain, but then I do something I know I shouldn't do, and I have to get an adjustment. Usually after one adjustment, I can feel the healing begin.
The treatment at West-Land Clinic is the best I've ever received. I come for adjustments when I need to, and the massages, I try to get every week.

The past twenty years of my life has consisted of playing professional paintball and flying around the world to play. The constant play and traveling over the years has taken a toll on my body causing great discomfort in my neck and back. Two and a half years ago I started going to Dr. Landry on a weekly basis.
